I have been noticing that I am not receiving the kind of responses I used to get for my stories these days. I understand that everyone is busy with work, household chores, and family responsibilities, but my schedule is equally packed with many commitments. And that is the one of the main reason several well-known authors have stopped writing any new stories.
The lack of responses is seriously demotivating for me. I understand I am not the one who writes often but yet still I have to spend lot of time in writing as my stories need lots and lots of research. Comments from readers are the only way an author can understand how their stories or novels are being received. Since I am not seeing much feedback here or on Facebook, I am honestly beginning to reconsider how much time I should continue investing in writing.
Our blog does not reveal the exact reader count because all our blog and business sites are hosted on the same network and also due to several factors such as cookie consent rejections, bot and crawler traffic, and blocked tracking scripts. The only genuine way I can gauge readership is through your comments.
So, I kindly request you to share your thoughts. I hope you understand my concern.

இந்தக் கதைக்கு முன்பைப் போல எதிர்பார்த்த அளவிலான பதில்கள் கிடைக்கவில்லை என்பதை கவனித்து வருகிறேன். எல்லோருக்கும் வேலை, வீட்டுப்பணிகள், குடும்ப பொறுப்புகள் என பிஸியாக இருப்பது புரிகிறது. ஆனால் எனக்கும் பல பொறுப்புகள் உள்ளன என்பதையும் நீங்கள் புரிந்துகொள்வீர்கள் என்று நம்புகிறேன். மேலும், பல பிரபலமான எழுத்தாளர்கள் புதிய கதைகள் எதையும் எழுதுவதை நிறுத்தியிருப்பதற்கு அதுவே முக்கிய காரணங்களில் ஒன்றாகும்.
இவ்வளவு குறைந்த காமென்ட்ஸ் எனக்கு மிகவும் மனச்சோர்வை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது. நான் அடிக்கடி எழுதுபவர் அல்ல என்பதை நான் அறிவேன். இருப்பினும், எனது கதைகளுக்கு மிக விரிவான ஆராய்ச்சி தேவைப்படுவதால், எழுதுவதற்கு நான் அதிக நேரத்தைச் செலவிட வேண்டியுள்ளது.
ஒரு எழுத்தாளருக்கு, தனது கதைகள் அல்லது நாவல்கள் வாசகர்களை எப்படி சென்றடைகின்றன என்பதை அறிய ஒரே வழி வாசகர்களின் கருத்துகள்தான். ஆனால் இங்கேயோ, Facebook-லோ பெரிதாக கருத்துகள் வராததால், நான் எழுதுவதற்கு செலவிடும் நேரத்தை குறைக்க வேண்டுமா என்ற எண்ணம் கூட வரத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
எங்கள் blog-ல் வாசகர்களின் சரியான எண்ணிக்கை தெரியாது. காரணம், எங்கள் blog மற்றும் business site இரண்டும் ஒரே network/host-ல் இயங்குகின்றன. அதனால் cookie consent மறுப்புகள், bot மற்றும் crawler traffic, tracking scripts block ஆகிய பல காரணங்களால் சரியான கணக்கெடுப்பு கிடைப்பதில்லை. எனவே, உங்கள் கருத்துகளே எனக்கு உண்மையான அளவுகோல்.
ஆகையால், தயவுசெய்து உங்கள் கருத்துகளை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளுங்கள். நான் சொல்ல வருவதை நீங்கள் புரிந்து கொள்வீர்கள் என்று நம்புகிறேன்.
