Ingredients
Meat cubed (Mutton/lamb/chicken)-500gms
Dry red chilli-10 to 12 depending on hotness needed
Sesame oil-3 tbps
Fennel seed-1tsps
Cumin seed-1tsps
Small onion-15 or big red onion-2 chopped
Turmeric powder 1tsps
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Water
Salt to taste
Procedure
Add the oil to the pressure pan and heat it. Add cumin, fennel seeds, curry leaves,chillis and saute until chillis are slightly browned. Add the onions and saute well. Add the meat, salt and mix them well. Add little water (~3/4cup), turmeric powder and pressure cook for 3 whistles. After it cools, open the cooker,allow the residual liquid to dry in the stove. Garnish with coriander leaves.
